Dr. Jones founded Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in July 2008. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in Biology. He earned his M.D. from Penn State University College of Medicine 2003. He completed a residency program in Internal Medicine and sub-specialty training in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Creighton University Medical Center. He completed that fellowship at Creighton in 2008.
Dr. Jones is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is also a member of the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Jones grew up in Blackfoot, ID. He enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, trying new foods, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
Many patients with severe food allergies are turning to Dr. Jones at Rocky Mountain Food Allergy Treatment Center (RMFATC), a division of Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. The innovative oral immunotherapy program has enabled patients to live without fear of the foods that once threatened their lives. Rocky Mountain Food Allergy Treatment Center (RMFATC) is one of the few centers in the country to successfully treat children with allergies to peanut, cashew, milk, wheat and egg.

Jennifer Bunker, PA-C
Jennifer Bunker, PA, is a board certified Physician Assistant. She received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah in 2013 and her Bachelor’s of Science from Idaho State University in 2007. She works directly with Dr. Jones in the care of our patients.
Katherine Jenkins, APRN, NP-C
Katherine Jenkins is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Brigham Young University in 2014. She completed her undergraduate nursing studies at Weber State University receiving an Associate of Science in 2006 and Bachelor of Science in 2007. Katherine worked as nurse for 9 years in medical/oncology, medical weight loss, same day surgery and as a nursing instructor prior to joining our practice.
In her free time Katherine enjoys running, road biking, and reading but her favorite activity is spending time with her husband and three children.
