Douglas H. Jones, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI
Dr. Jones founded Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology in July 2008. He is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He attended the University of Utah where he received a B.A. in Biology. He earned his M.D. from Penn State University College of Medicine 2003. He completed a residency program in Internal Medicine and sub-specialty training in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Creighton University Medical Center. He completed that fellowship at Creighton in 2008.
Dr. Jones is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is also a member of the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Dr. Jones grew up in Blackfoot, ID. He enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, trying new foods, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
Many patients with severe food allergies are turning to Dr. Jones at Rocky Mountain Food Allergy Treatment Center (RMFATC), a division of Rocky Mountain Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. The innovative oral immunotherapy program has enabled patients to live without fear of the foods that once threatened their lives. Rocky Mountain Food Allergy Treatment Center (RMFATC) is one of the few centers in the country to successfully treat children with allergies to peanut, cashew, milk, wheat and egg.
